The rates are structured for general purposes and, without extra charge, include the use of the following equipment: twenty 60-inch round tables (seating 8 to 10), twenty 6-ft rectangular tables (for buffet or seating 6 to 8), ten high-top cocktail tables, and up to 200 top-quality, folding chairs. There is an additional charge for the use of Chiavari chairs (rich mahogany with white cushions) @$5 per chair. In certain cases, rates can be reduced if there is no use of the facility’s equipment. The renter is responsible for setting up and taking down all of the tables and chairs.
The kitchen is not completely equipped; your caterer will have to provide everything necessary including linens and dishes/utensils. A refrigerator, freezer, and warming oven are available. The occupancy limit with table seating, is up to 100 people. If not using tables, the seating limit may be up to 125 people.
A rental deposit of 50% is required at the time the Rental Agreement is submitted. If the rental is not approved, the rental deposit will be returned. Full payment is expected 30 days before event. There will be a 25% refund if cancelled prior to that time.
The user is responsible for any damage incurred and all clean-up, completely returning the facility to its original state.
Rates are structured on hourly, half-day and full-day. We also offer by room usage. Please contact us for specific pricing.
There is no fee for non-profit events or classes that appeal to the entire community and do not charge admission or tuition.
